Dynamic, bold, and engaging are just some of the choice words to describe the alluring Japanese songwriting vocalist, simply known as Salia. For years Salia has been praised globally as the trend setting fashion forward Front-Lady of the popular Japanese pop rock group Unicorn Table while also laying claim to some of Japan’s best known theme songs as a young solo artist. With influences ranging from pop, rock and soul, Salia’s versatile range has easily allowed her to excel at a variety of music genres including, Rock, Electronica, Pop and more.

ATOMS APART
Atoms Apart are Mike and Emil Favila, two brothers from Arlington VA. They started in 2011 and have been playing venues on the East Coast. Atoms Apart play a seamless mix of new wave, rock and house music and are currently finishing their first CD.

LUMI
Lumi is the 1st place winner of Kollaboration DC 2011 and happy to have become part of the Kollaboration family! With over 15 years of experience, she is an accomplished singer, self-taught guitarist and SESAC songwriter. Lumi is currently a lead vocalist with The Renowned Urban Nation H.I.P. –H.O.P. Choir and a former member of the all female vocal group No Illusion. Although Lumi can be seen performing locally at major venues, she has also performed for the U. S. Troops with the USO Bob Hope’s Christmas Holiday Tour of Iraq, Kuwait, Afghanistan and Uzbekistan. Lumi has performed before President Obama, Bill Clinton and at the Pentagon. Lumi began her singing and dance career at an early age with her church choir and received formal dance lessons. She has trained and danced with DC-based hip-hop dance companies – GLOW, Urban Moves and Culture Shock. Lumi is currently in the studio working on her debut project and is in process of planning for future promotional performances. She is rapidly generating quite a buzz in the entertainment industry. Lumi is managed by The Payton Group, Inc. of Washington, DC and can be heard on Ourstage.com.

MANIFEST
Rapper/Producer Peter Kang, better known as Manifest, first made his mark in the myspace/youtube world with his hit “The Gift” along with his teammate Lyricks, creating a stream of inspiration and hope for hip-hop lovers all over the globe. “Korea born, Philly raised, and now Virginia blended”, as he properly states in his song “Suave”, describes his demographic upbringing. Since 2005, he’s toured all around the U.S., and even landing his own concerts in Hawaii and Switzerland with his team, The Beautiful Cycle. His music, which includes both a secular and God-focused repertoire, is characterized by his powerful lyrics along with an untouchable flow especially his double-time ability. From 2010-2011, he went out to Seoul, Korea where he teamed up with artist MYK and performed over 30 shows, even landing his own radio show with teammate JL, who joined him on his journey shortly after. With four mixtapes under his belt and currently working on his self-produced EP, Manifest hopes to honor God by sharing his talent to the world.

AMANDA LEE (performing with MANIFEST)
Amanda Lee, a DC-based singer/songwriter, was the 1st place winner of the KBN’s Talent Competition in 2002 where she met her bass player (now bandmate/husband), placed 2nd in the 1st annual Kollabortion DC competition, and her YouTube videos have accumulated over 475,000 views. A dynamic voice and transparent performer. On stage, she incorporates the looper pedal- layering sweet, haunting vocal harmonies that blanket her songs with such perfect ambience. The result, a sound that is soothingly addictive. Comparable to the sounds of Blue Note artist, Priscilla Ahn.
