Our 5th Annual Hip Hop Showcase which will feature dance crews, step teams, spoken word artists, singers, and MCs. The variety of performances is unlike any other event in Washington DC. The event is this Sunday, April 29, 2012 from 6:30pm until 8:30pm.
Capital Funk will perform one set to open the show and a different set to close the show. Here’s the final performance lineup:

TICKET INFO
$10 for students (with ID) and you have to buy them from either a Capital Funk Member or from GW Lisner Box office (www.lisner.org), which accepts credit card, cash and Colonial Cash.
$15 for non-students and those can also be purchased at the Lisner Box Office and on ticketmaster.com (http://bit.ly/x808eF). Unfortunately, Ticketmaster.com has surcharges so the best way to avoid those fees is to buy from Capital Funk or from Lisner Box Office.
Don’t wait to buy your tickets because the price jumps to $20 on the day of the show. That is if there are any more tickets remaining!
On the day of the show, Lisner Box Office will open at 5pm and accepts CASH and CREDIT CARDS!

VENDOR FAIR
Capital Funk is bringing together a group of local businesses to offer the GWU Community the chance to buy clothes, accessories, and other goods. This Vendor Fair will be in Kogan Plaza from 12pm to 5pm on Sunday, April 29th. We will be playing music, dancing and having a good time as these local businesses offer their goods for sale.
